Welcome to Swift Trip Holidays. By using our services, website, consultation systems, appointment booking facilities, document support services, or by submitting any visa-related application through us, you fully agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are designed to explain the responsibilities of both the client and Swift Trip Holidays while ensuring transparency, fairness, professionalism, and compliance with embassy and immigration procedures.

Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding with any booking, payment, consultation, or application. If you do not agree with any section of these Terms & Conditions, you should discontinue the use of our services immediately.

1. Information Accuracy & Applicant Responsibility

Applicants are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided in registration forms, applications, consultation forms, appointment requests, and supporting documents is accurate, complete, current, and truthful.

Before submitting any form or document, applicants must carefully review:

  • Personal details
  • Passport information
  • Travel history
  • Travel plans
  • Employment details
  • Financial documents
  • Supporting documents
  • Contact details

Any incorrect, incomplete, misleading, forged, expired, or false information may result in:

  • Visa delays
  • Embassy investigations
  • Application rejection
  • Appointment cancellation
  • Travel disruptions
  • Future immigration complications

Swift Trip Holidays will not be responsible for any losses, damages, rejections, bans, or complications resulting from inaccurate or false information submitted by the applicant.

Clients acknowledge that all submitted documents and information are provided voluntarily and that the applicant accepts full legal responsibility for the authenticity and legality of such documents.

2. Visa Approval & Rejection Policy

Swift Trip Holidays provides professional assistance, document guidance, appointment support, and visa application consultancy services. However, all visa decisions are made solely by embassies, consulates, immigration officers, visa centers, and government authorities.

We do not control, influence, manipulate, or guarantee embassy decisions in any way.

Therefore:

  • We cannot guarantee visa approval.
  • Visa rejection is outside our control.
  • Processing outcomes depend entirely on immigration authorities.
  • Embassy officers may request additional documents or interviews at any stage.

Swift Trip Holidays shall not be held responsible for:

  • Visa refusals
  • Delayed decisions
  • Administrative processing
  • Embassy investigations
  • Travel losses
  • Flight cancellations
  • Hotel losses
  • Financial damages due to visa outcomes

Clients understand that visa approvals are entirely at the discretion of relevant authorities and that paying for consultation or support services does not guarantee a successful result.

3. Appointment Booking & Rebooking Charges

Visa appointment booking services are provided according to availability, embassy procedures, and third-party visa center systems such as VFS Global, TLScontact, and related service providers.

Appointment availability may change rapidly depending on embassy demand, government regulations, and technical system limitations.

In cases where an appointment needs to be booked again, rescheduled, changed, reprocessed, or reattempted for any reason, an additional fee of £40 GBP will apply for each new appointment booking.

This charge applies regardless of the reason for rebooking, including:

  • Client cancellation
  • Incorrect information submission
  • Missed appointments
  • Embassy system changes
  • Technical issues
  • Document problems
  • Client unavailability

All appointment-related fees are non-refundable once the booking process has started.

4. Service Scope

Swift Trip Holidays assists clients with a range of visa and travel support services including:

  • Visa guidance
  • Document assistance
  • Application support
  • Appointment booking
  • Travel information
  • Consultation services
  • General travel assistance

Our role is strictly supportive and advisory in nature. Final decisions always remain with the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration office, or government authority.

We are not a government agency and do not represent any embassy or immigration authority.

5. Delays Beyond Our Control

Swift Trip Holidays is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our direct control, including but not limited to:

  • Embassy processing delays
  • Technical system failures
  • Website downtime
  • Third-party appointment systems
  • Government policy changes
  • Public holidays
  • Embassy closures
  • Travel restrictions
  • Force majeure events

Processing times provided by embassies are estimates only and may change without notice.

Clients are advised not to make irreversible travel bookings until their visas have been officially issued.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

All consultation fees, booking charges, service fees, and processing fees paid to Swift Trip Holidays are considered service charges for professional assistance and support.

Refunds are generally not provided once services have started, appointments have been booked, or applications have been processed.

Embassy fees, visa center fees, courier charges, and third-party service charges are non-refundable under all circumstances unless stated otherwise by the relevant authority.

7. Client Conduct & Compliance

Clients must behave respectfully and professionally when interacting with our staff, consultants, support team, and representatives.

Any abusive behavior, threats, harassment, fraud, document forgery, or illegal conduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Swift Trip Holidays respects client privacy and handles personal information with care and confidentiality.

By using our services, clients consent to the collection and processing of personal data required for visa, travel, consultation, and appointment purposes.

We may share required information with embassies, appointment centers, courier services, or related third parties where necessary for service completion.

9. Website Usage

Users agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, upload harmful content, or engage in activities that could damage the operation or reputation of Swift Trip Holidays.

All website content including branding, text, graphics, logos, and designs remain the intellectual property of Swift Trip Holidays unless otherwise stated.

10. Client Agreement

By using our services and submitting your information, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
  • You understand visa approval cannot be guaranteed.
  • You accept responsibility for submitted information.
  • You agree to all applicable fees and service policies.
  • You understand embassy decisions are final.

Swift Trip Holidays reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
